Daisy Chain

*Scroll Down for the Freebie Template*

Digilicious Designs has a great new summer kit, Daisy Chain.  As soon as I saw it I was eager to work with it.  There is a matching cardstock and alphabet set too.

I had the perfect pictures to use.  My daughter is now wearing a dress that I wore as a girl.  So it was fun to scan my childhood pic and put them together.  Only thing is that I was almost 5, and she is 2.5!

You can pick it up at theStudio

Patrick Template *Freebie*

I found a great idea when I was pregnant. To take pictures of your child, monthly with the same large object or stuffed animal.  I used Rachel's Room by Scraps of Ellay to make this page with the monthy pictures of my daughter.
I made a template from it for you to use.
All I ask is you leave me a note.

Time Stands Still

Digilicious Designs has released a kit with Designs by Darlene called Time Stands Still.  Its a great vintage kit for scrapping family memories.

I used it to scrap some of the special moments from my Grandpa's memorial service last summer.

Contest Update

Capture the Moment
The contest is over and I was excited to get to the final round but didn't win.  For my first contest I was excited to get to the final round.  1 of 10 finalist.

This Scrapper's Got Talent
I was eliminated in the second week of this contest.  I loved the page I made but the competition was tough.  Maybe next year.

Roll Up, Roll Up

Digilicious has a creative kit out.  Many elements in this kit can be used as 'props' in your layout - you can extract the subject from your photo and place them in or on the element for a fun and truly stunning result!!
